Phoenix Transmission Products is now building all of it's performance automatics with a special 7 part cleaning and burnishing process that produces a beautiful semi polished case finish. This process closes up porosity in the case, reduces stress and strengthens the material to resist cracking. The process uses only biodegradable materials and has eliminated the use of paints and harmful chemicals. In addition, all external hardware on these transmissions is cadmium plated to resist corrosion and stay good looking for years to come in nearly any environment.
