Brushed bumpers

Anyone know the best way to achieve this? I have the yearone smooth bumpers front and rear, both currently painted orange. I want the rear to be brushed finish to match the hoops of my wheels.

Any suggestions?

Wheel hoop for reference.

I can get a better picture if required.
