Default another newby here, and another 70 Camaro...

Hey folks, finally got the nerve to write into one of these forum things, just wanted ya'll to know lateral-g.net is one of the best sites I've stumbled upon since beginning the latest transformation on my '70 Camaro.

A little background on my project... It's my first car, bought it in 1986 when I was 16. Since then it's been through a couple different looks, from the classic air shocks and Keystone Classics of the '80s to the fake "Z" look of the '90s. Now it is sitting in the garage being upgraded to the Pro-Touring/G Machine status.

Details on the upgrades are tubular control armed front suspention with coil over shocks, 1 1/4" sway bar and 2" dropped spindles. Rear suspension work includes 4" mini tub, narrowed 9" Ford with Moser goodies, and 3" DSE dropped leafs. Engine & transmission include a Vortech supercharged 388 sbc with a Tremec TKO600 5 speed.

Enjoy the photos attached. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing all the other projects hit the road in the new year.

Looks like a cool project. I've had 4 second gens, so they have a soft spot in my heart.

Plus, I do love boost!
