Default 1st gen LT1/T56 header clearance

I'm in the process of installing an lt1 style T56 in my 68 Camaro. The drivers side header hits the bellhousing where the clutch fork sits. These headers are Hooker Super Comps #2131. I also have an old set for straight plug heads that came with the car (don't know the brand), but they clear fine.

What brands/styles have others used for this swap? What other brands of longtubes are out there that fit angle plug heads? Are there any GOOD shorty/mid length headers that fit angle plug? I would like to stick with 1.75" primaries.

Thanks,
Chad
