Just my opinion...Since you asked...Unless you have a hood clearance issue, I would leave the SS hood on it. Everybody has a cowl hood! Don't get me wrong..They look great no doubt, but I like being different!! Just ask Scott. He'll vouch for me!! LOL!! .

I agree with Brent. Leave the hood that you have on there. Looks different, but looks good. Everyone has a cowl hood now. That and a red '69 camaro....
