There is an Elanor (sp) car that goes to our local cruise each Wednesday here with the Roush 427R motor. The motor sounds awesome at idle and everyone always waits for this car to light the tires at the end. The motor sounds very clean.

One other thing. I am pretty sure he said that the purchase price was $11K. I am not sure where your $25K figure came from, but for that price you can get two of any other engine with the same power.

You could definately build it cheaper. But why not go with a carbureted verions of one if you have your heart set on a Rousch? Unless you have the extra cash, you will save substantial funds.

Ive always wanted a fuel injection set up! Loved the old school Crower/Hilborn type look but i want a more sleeker design to sit under the bonnet more modern looking. That motor in a early mustang will be awsome street fighter!
i know its a Ford
