My personal 2nd choice is probably blue, But I opinion is to make the car stand out. Blue would look good, but would be more subdued. I like the black cherry also. My personal favorite is orange. I'm not sure if John has even 0narrowed it down to one direction on the color wheel.

How about midnight blue?

I think the stance, LS7, rollbar, and exhaust note will make the car standout ....That is one nasty car!

i just painted a bike in a color thet would look plain awesome, a hugger orange BC with a yellow pearl-candy and heavy CC. turned out electric orange, with yellow reflections...i think a flat porche orange will look alittle dull on such a square car, you need a paint job that high-lites the coke-bottle lines and gives the car some shape.. chosing a color just because it looks great on a car as curvy as a porsche might be a mistake...

id look into a paint with some Mica/pearl effect, 3-layer effect kind of refinish..

My mistake.
It was Street Machine of the Year 2001 Good Times Gazette October 2001.
Built by Doug Schults of StreetWorks based in Auburn, Washington.
For Ted And Sue Richardson of Snohomish, Washington.

That car had a great stance.

I wanna say I rememeber a light metallic blue 66 or 67 with 17's and 18's with a big in SBC that won SMOY a few years ago like maybe 7 or 8.......the car had a nice stance and center exit exhaust in the rear.

John and Rodger-is there a completion date for the car yet?
