Lightbulb Carbon fiber AAR'Cuda hood

Hi, I'm tired of my curved AAR hood. I've been in contact with Matt over at http://www.anvilauto.com/ about making an Carbon fiber AAR hood. He was very excited and told me this is a hood he wants to make. However he is very busy and have several new products in que to go into production, so unless I could find 8 people who are willing to put down a payment, it would have to wait. But he does not know how many hoods he could sell. So i'm gonna post this on a couple of forums. It will be a direct replacement, bolt on hood.

The price would be:
* $875 for carbon/fiberglass.
* $1650 for 100% carbon.
* $3000 for dry carbon.

For those who wonder (like me), Dry carbon is the method of producing parts in an autoclave using high pressure and heat to catalyze the resin which is also called pre-preg, whereby the carbon cloth has the resin impregnated into it and layers are put together in a mold and the heat sets the resin up. In wet layup processes, the resin is a liquid that is catalyzed using a chemical that sets off a chemical reaction (like mixing two parts of epoxy glue together). Dry carbon, also known as pre-preg, is how aerospace and race car parts are made. It is the ultimate process for light weight and strength.
