Default Coolant crossover help

I am a first time LS3 guy. Yep a virgin to LS3 but I am slut to all other old school motors of all makes. LOL

Can you show me where you have tied the coolant crossover line to?

Since I am old school I was planning on a coolant catch can for the radiator and tying the crossover to the catch can.

Upon filling the radiator (I had not tied the crossover line in yet) and while filling coolant it started running onto the floor. This make s me reconsider what I am doing and need your help with pictures would really be helpful.

It needs to be plumbed into the radiator steam line port or the upper radiator hose. I’ve got the Holley Mid-mount accessory drive which has a provision to plumb it into the back of the water pump which makes for a real clean install.

Thanks Gmachine1911, I did look up what you have and really like it I also finally found what I have been looking for and got it done. Not as slick as yours but will be just fine for mine since I am almost at the finish line. Placing mine in the top radiator hose with the crossover line entering the bottom so it’s not so noticeable.

Good deal, glad you got it worked out! Be sure to post up some pics of your ride, I love me some Chevy II action! I’m doing DSE and an LS in mine as well and would love to see how you did yours.
