Default Cold air intake

What is everyone using? I saw a really nice one fro Roto-fab but is north of 500.00

Any alternatives ? Spectra look a birth cheesy

I use the Airaid system. Not the prettiest but it works for me.

I've got the Airaid u build it kit also but not installed yet.

Look like to get both air aid pieces you looking at 450.00

For the air aid guys if you have an ls blade MAF how died that get installed using the kit?

I have the Spectre cold-air; pricey but overall looks good (LS of course doesn't need the airbox):

I bought some 4" aluminum tubing & elbows & had them welded together, also welded the MAF sensor bung on the straight tube. Then painted.

Can you expand on ls motors not needing an air box ?
