I was able to make it out to the Camarillo Autocross this past Sunday, and wanted to share some photos I took.
I had the opportunity to use a Canon 1Ds with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens instead of my usual little Fuji—this was my first full-fledged experience with such a high caliber DSLR, so any feedback is very welcome.
Also, I took some creative liberty and went with a more cinematic crop (aspect ratio 1:2.35) for many of the panning shots. I realized this cuts out a lot of dead space and gives action shots more impact. Here is the full album.
