Bad ass set-up! Just got it this afternoon. Can not wait to get this in place......Thanks again to Jim and the Hydratech team!!

My finger prints are all over your parts, as I built your order personally. I am tickled that you are pleased with your goods! Especially since Detroit is home town for me. (let's go RED WINGS)

With the ABS / TCS functioning properly, you will be able to apply full line pressure to the brakes and let the computer make the rest of the decisions = retinal detachment warning!

Do you have more pics of how you routed the braided the power steering lines? I bought the Hydratech 6' braided lines kit and wanted to know how much I should cut off each line. I'm needing some reference because I have the k-member and motor out of my '96 fbody at the moment, so any help would be awesome.

I do not recommend you tackle the PS lines until you have the K member and engine back in place. Line lengths really should be custom tailored once everything else is in place (engine, rack, all underhood items), as one small little change in routing can make for quite a difference in finished line lengths. There are so many different ways to route the lines, that it becomes much more a matter of personal tastes than anything else - hold off on this until one of your later steps.

Thanks!! To Paul's point, DEFINATELY wait until you get the engine back in the hole. I'm pretty much done with the set-up for now....just received a few more fittings from Jim and the boys to make things work a little better. Pic below is the solution to eliminate the "T" fitting suggested for the low pressure return from the unit. Punched a hole in my beautiful hydrodipped resevoir



Also decided to eliminate the power steering fluid cooler that's inline on the upper radiator hose....going to replace it with a "real" fluid cooler near the radiator. Will look 10x cleaner too

Bill, those MR2 and other electric pumps don't put out enough pressure and volume to properly power up one of these systems. We have worked with a few customers that have attempted this and it hasn't worked out for them. We then coached them through the installation of a belt driven PS pump to only run the brakes standalone (so that they could retain the manual steering) to get them operational...
