I'm with Greg unless you want to completly redo the 69 to make it somewhat as drivable as the GTO ... keep the GTO untill you find a cheep 69 that you can afford to completly redo and then you will have both

Keep your GTO there are still builder camaros to be had for decent money.

Ditto. Keep the GTO. Pick up a project when it can be left in the garage and built as time and funds allow. Don't get "emotional" over the car. By that I mean look at reality and not "what could be". If you have to give up your nice, fast easy driving, reliable, comfortable, good mileage getting daily driver for a gas sucking, rattle trap, out dated, unreliable, uncomfortable money pit........ lol, well said my friends....my goat is not a daily driver, i am simply done with the car as far as mods are concerned.

I would like to get into a 67-69 and the only way i can do that is to get rid of the goat. Just want something different. Thanks for all the advice! Any if anybody is interested and has something that i might like. let me know!

Save the drivetrain from the GTO for the Camaro. The gto's are not bringing that much money, where i am at least. My oppinion.

yea, the GTO's do not carry as much respect as they should. quality built cars with great interiors.

though, now since they are pretty affordable, punk kids are getting them...running them ragged, and not taking to much care of them...definitely giving the GTO owner a bad rap for being a hot head driver.

These GTO's make great power and are super comfy to drive....granted the thang may be a tank at times. but pretty nice.

I just really want to get into the old muscle car scene.

...and a D-link too...which appears to be bound up on the muffler.
