I am running the Holley swap parts with the Speedtech/ATS pan. The pan clears, and I did not have to cut the tunnel to get the T56 to clear. I do however need to cut a new hole for the shifter and patch the old 4 speed hole. In fact, the installation was completely painless. The Blackheadt stainless full length headers are gorgeous.
