Cool Space Shuttle Cockpit

By now we've all seen how the last Space Shuttle arrived in Los Angeles.

Here is one final picture of the cockpit with everything powered on for one last time before the electronics and secret stuff were pulled out and removed. Additionally, the last commander ordered erased all the flight deck graffiti signed by all the crews over 25 missions. Too bad.

That's a shame tho. That's so neat. I'd think one day in the future, when most those people have passed on, theyre gonna be mad.

Wow really cool.

My father worked for Rockwell International and worked on that project till his retirement in 83. He's been gone since 84 but seeing this reminded me of him.
