Default Gear fluid leaking out of bolts...

I have gear fluid leaking from the 3rd member bolts... any help would be great.

Th rear setup:
Everything is brand new
Currie 9” housing
Strange 3rd member
lube locker gasket
80/90 fluid per the manufacture
