Default young dad starting the 1971 nova build!

hello everyone! just wanted to say hi and stat that i am starting my first classic car build. i got a 1971 nova and i just started installing the dse mini tubs. i am a 28years old. i, a nissan mechanic. not a body man by any means but i am gonna try to do most of it myself. my plans are
DSE TUBS
LS1 ENGINE
20 INCH WHEELS WITH A DEEP REAR WHEEL LIP
SILVER PAINT
NOT SURE ON INTERIOR YET OR TRANS.
CHEVY 12 BOLT REAR (SHORTEND)
BAER BIG BRAKE KIT
NOT SURE ON SUSPENSION YET:

IM SURE SOME OF THAT WILL CHANGE WHILE IN THR PROCESS

Thanks guys. I'm gonna post some pics of the tubs soon. I'm almost done. That's alot of work for 2.5 inches!!!!!

Its worth it. Let me know if you need any help or advice. Just finished my 70 last week. Sounds like we may have similar projects. Glad to see another Nova on its way!

Welcome to the site. Always nice to see another nova on here. Sounds like a good project. Check out Speed Tech Performance for your suspension. I have their subframe. Check out my build thread if you want to see some pics of it.
