I don't want a rat rod -- I want a nice daily driver that I can be proud of. Rat rods are for 20 year olds.

Rat Rods don't have $10.000 interiors, $40.000 worth of suspension and $25.000 worth of engine under them

Wow I'm tiered I just went through all of this thread. glad you decided to do a build thread on here. I love the 40 Ford front end on both the cars and trucks, and Kind of fond of those chevron tail lights too.
I like tem done both ways patina and old school paint. A good color choice and you can't loose either way. In patina I like the warn out signage on the door, it just fits!
I wish I could get my wife interested in cars but the only time she comes in the garage it to tell me its a mess and it needs cleaning!! She's a trooper going to car shows and swap meets with me but she just tolerates them not really interested.

I'm not sayin you're a tiny little man or anything but I can't imagine you'd be cramped with the right seating position and a mild chop. Besides, it just looks better.

Dan
Mild chop and a booster seat.

I'm a hot rod guy --- and I've already blown thru the Corvettes and Camaro craze. I put Chevy's in my Fords.
