Default edelbrock supercharger for 5.3

I have a friend that bought the eldelbrock supercharger for his silverado 5.3,but totalled it before the install so its new in the box.what else would this fit? Hes asking 1000.00 for it. is it worthe the time or money.thanks

Does Edlebrock not list applications based on the part number for the kit?

Thanks for your responses im trying to get the. Numbers for the unit but he is out of town right now.im wondering if I would have a problem fiting this under my hood of my 73 camaro with the right accessories to make this work.

I just installed one of them on a 08 5.3, Some of those kits require that you replace the fuel pump and controller that was around 700.00. The $1,000 sounds like a sweet deal.
