The have the new QA1 shock and the new Holley LT5 accessory drive mocked up. The shocks are cool because the have big knobs for quick running. The other set up required removing the wheels. I look forward to testing them.

The new Holley LT5 accessory drive uses the GM LS9 power steering pump. The power steering pulley has its own large bearing to take the blower belt load. The power steering pulley is splined and inserts into the power steering pump.

I have not. The parts look nice and I like the idea of driving to an open track day on soft shock calving. The cranking the shocks to a track set up.

The JRIs are great shocks but you need to pull a front wheel to adjust them.

I’ll find out next summer how they work.

Mark

Sled Alley is timing up all the sheet metal. This always takes longer that I expect.

What intercooler pump did you use this time or in the past? Also any need for a icebox or do you just typically run a factory supercharger reservoir?

Mark, are you using any electronic traction control? If so, which system?

I am wondering if the Lingenfelter LNC-2014 RPM Limiter Timing Retard Launch Controller GM Gen V DI Engines LT4 LTI L86 L8 will work with the Davis system and the LT5?

I don’t use traction control. I do it the old fashion way... with my foot.

Matt is doing a great job on the sheet metal. It alway amazes me the you buy a rust free California car and all the stuff that needs attention. Car had sat for years and was in primer. 95% solid but it the last 5% that eats all the time.

Is Sled Alley doing the paint, or are you having Dutchboys shoot it?
