Wow, does the exhaust look incredible !

And your other option is to roll the fender lip instead of cutting it off.

On the Syborg Truck Dave from Comp Fab trimmed the lip and then welded in a 3/16" rod to give it back some of it's rigidity.

You could also trim it back and them have him weld tig the two layers back together.

Default Always wanted CNC'd parts Be Careful What You Wish For!

Like the title says I always wanted CNC ported heads, CNC ported Throttle body, or other parts.

It looks like I'm getting something CNC ported, just not what I wished for.
Since the end of 2019 I've been trying to get my hip replaced . First covid 19 then no room in the hospital, all appointments full for 6 months. Last week I got a date for surgery December 15th. No car parts just my pelvis being robotically CNC'd for the new hip. Merry Christmas to me!

Between now and then ten appointments. One was to meet the surgeon. I don't mind the surgery just the down time with the car so close to first startup. I'm going to do what I can before then.
I hope I'll get to post another update.

Wayne, I'm praying for you brother. I work at an orthopedic surgery center part time, so I know what you're going thru. I definitely empathize with you. Praying for you and PLEASE comply with and follow your rehab orders. It's not fun doing it, but rehab will be vital to your healing and recovery.

Hi Wayne, just caught up on your car and it sure is coming along nicely but more importantly, I hope your surgery went well and you're recovery is going as planned. Take care Wayne.
