Default 1970 Camaro RS SS Restomod -4yrs in

Guys I am making me a thread on my car finally.
Just a couple pics from over 4 years building this thing. DSE catalog car.
Every single part for 1970 camaro they sell is on this car.
This is light start. Just now going into body shop in Denver in a couple weeks.
Syborg, ssh on details. Going light to start then will come on harder with pics.

1970 RS SS
texas speed 427 engine. same engine as the 7 second cleetus car. No turbos or anything on start but comp is at top of 9s in case I want to go there but its already over 600HP.
6spd.
9inch.
14" baers in front 13s in back.
DSE headers to spintech mufflers.
Roll bar and about 90K of parts in her so far.

This was maiden voyage....

ok I been in body shop for 4 weeks ish. Took a while to get in. Now all fitment is done. Panels off. Primered. Blocking left drive side.
Here are the pics.
This car has the Anvil front RS piece and the inner fenders. I had bought the Fiberglass version since I want it all painted. Took 30 hours alone to get that perfectly fit.
These pics are just he side since the other parts are not installed yet. The 3 piece high spoiler took some hours too to get it to fit on lines perfect.

Jarhead, I have been watching threads here. saw your responses. Thank you for responding on mine! Yes, my brothers wife was out in the car waiting when I did first start and heard me yell out in relief when the engine started first time. It was soo reassuring to know that after all that time. all that money it worked. Now I got it in the body shop with a guy I trust. A friend of the family. Its getting done fast and accurately and fairly priced. I could not be more excited at this point to know in less than 60 days it will be back home in color. Marty has been such a big help in building this for a year or more. He's awesome. The guys on nastyz28 are great too(been on there for decades) but they frown on anything not stock and do not sanction over 400hp much less this 600 stroker. I still post on there, its the camaro #1 source of data but lateral G is where this car belongs. This car will follow the original lines but have modern amenities/perf.
