Default Stielow on the MusceCar Place podcast show!

Hi All,

Mark Stielow was the featured guest on my podcast show this week, so I thought I would share it here. I'm sure that a lot of you know him well, but I'd never met him in person - only read about him. He's a cool cat and offered a lot of helpful info on where to start when building a car from the ground up, especially if you're a newbie. Here's the link!

I also had some good news to share in the show as well. Allison Customs in New Mexico is doing the first phase of the build of my '64 Chevelle! Jeff is a podcast show listener and (long story short) wanted to chase the dream he'd always had of running his own shop, a hobby that he'd had for 20 years. He felt that the podcast show gave him that prod, so he's offered to build my car for me as a gift!! NPD is supplying all of the sheet-metal as well, which is another thing that I still cannot believe. If all goes well by mid June I'll have the car back in Iowa with a new floor, trunk, squared up frame, new suspension (I'm planning to buy DSE's A-Body setup), and wheels/tires. I'll then run it as much as I can in the summer and fall and we'll start the next phase after that.

Hope you enjoy the show! Look for Mary Pozzi in an upcoming episode as well.

I listened to it over my lunch today - - great interview of a great guy. If I knew a fraction of what Mark knows about our hobby I would consider myself smart!!!!
