Default 1 of 2 65 Mustang builds at Scotts

Well the project starting like a cannon ball being shot out of it's respective tube, then slowly crawled down to a more manageable pace. What I've lack in updates I'll hope to make up for in quality .

This is the first 65 project that got started and we are working steadily at getting her done for this years show in Columbus. The theme for this build is going to be an extremely "racy" look with emphasis being put on the fit and finish. You won't find any gimmicky chrome pieces just to shine it up, and you won't find parts that don't serve any real function; this build is all about the final product.

Here's a few pics of the latest updates and I'll post some of the earlier pics here just to see.

The front bumper was narrowed and recessed to sit flush. A clean and subtle look. Here it is with the bumper removed to see the sheetmetal work. Man, I have to dig up a picture with the bumper on...I don't think I have one, LOL

The same treatment was given to the rear. Here it is with the bumper on.

Here is a shot of the inner fender panels. These are a repost, but I really love the way they look; and especially the way they are fastened. Justin used all hidden hardware on this so they are completely removable but look like part of the fender. Really nice touch

I'll post a few more pics up tomorrow of todays progress.

Thanks for looking.
