the rear LSD is inside with the right numbers concerning backlash and pinion...

The gearbox has received the kit and the TCI pan.



due to what is seems to be a wrong liquid cooler, all the aluminum parts of the cooling system is out !



some parts ready for powdercoating



SPECTRE funnels in the high beams...




problem with the carb fuel inlet, it hits the TA Performance intake...i have to order a 1" carb spacer and change the hat spacer from 2" to a 1" one...



the headers have been ceramic coated but haven't been polished, so i tried to but it was too boring...i will add header wrap to them....

I bought the console on ebay some yeras ago, the seller said it's from a Cavalier, ......this is what i found on google : Chevrolet Cavalier LS 2003

Default build goes on....


time to fit the intercooler with some fabrications...






I had to cut the tubing and make some beads at the end of the tubes, I used a bead roller.

the jauge pod is in place =) fuel and boost pressure

next step , getting rid of the column shifter...





I had bought a tilt floor shifter column from a monte carlo (dixit seller) and I mixed the two comlumn using the monte housing in place of the Buick one...




job done....

with my modified Unimatic shifter,
I built a mounting box to place it under my console..



the welds are as is as they will be hidden

Default Koni + SPC

Koni shocks are in place as well as the SPC upper arms.....in place of the CPP ones.





next step the eletricity, MSD and fuel pump.....

Default fuel....

sump tank is welded.....





I made a plate to bolt the fuel pump between the tank and the rear bumper...


I ordered a sandwich plate to place between the oil filter in order to have more holes to fit the oil pressure and T°....
