Another helmet of James Hinchcliff, IndyCar. It was only worn last weekend during the Grand Prix of Indianapolis. He was hit in the Helmet by a piece of Carbon Fiber debris which gave him a Concussion. Anytime an IndyCar (and most other Series) Driver is involved in an accident, the Helmet is deem unsafe by the Officials and cannot be worn again.
If You ever drop your Helmet, do not wear it again! It may look alright, but there can be tiny fissures from the drop and if worn & involved in another accident, it could split.
