Default TSP Stage 2 N/A LS3 229/244, .629/.615, 112 or 111 LSA Camshaft

Any thoughts on this cam? its about time i upgrade the hotcam out of my ls3. My cam currently runs amazing but i want to add some more power and RPMs into the mix. What difference should i see with a 111 vs 112 lsa? Any reason to go with the one over the other?

I use it on the 112.(i actually prefer the old specs 229/236, i like the torque retention over the 244) 111 will shift the power band down slightly, a tad rougher idle. I have used this 3 in 3 different LS3's. My current setup (229/236 112) made 448rwhp thru a tremec 6 spd, 9" w4.11s on very humid hot day. The 236/244 probably make 10-15 more peak hp.

4 hrs into it the trunnions are upgraded and the cam is about to be pulled out. Just need to pull it tomorrow and resinstall. After that upgrade the valve springs and put the rest back together. Guessing all said and done I’ll have a total of about 10 hrs into it

Are you going to check the PTV clearance? That’s considerably more lift than the original cam. Or does TSP guarantee no issue?

They state there’s no issue. Install went easy. Tune in 3 weeks
