Jim; I used about 3/4 of a gallon thats all I have left. As long as the parts stay covered it works. I think agitation helps.I just bought a pump from Harbor Freight for $10, I'll try that. If you let the parts sit in the solution extra time after its ready it has a carbon looking stuff on the metal, but all I did was move the bucket so the solution swished around and it removes it. The good thing is no matter how long you leave it it doesn't hurt the parts. When I first got it about 3 years ago when I was in and out of the hospital I put some in an open container and forgot about it for a few months and it evaporated. I rinsed off the part that was in it and was good to go. From what I know you can keep using it. Eventually it will get filthy and it will need replacing but not for a long time. If you let it settle and siphon off the junk in the bottom it will help. I think You can add a little water if it evaporates but not too sure it should say on the web site. I always degrease the parts to help keep it clean.
This is where I got it check out the videos of it working.

Wayne. It is all looking great. Looks like you are moving right along. That rust remover seems to work awesome.

Default Fuel and brake lines

Kev; I just got my 1/2" fuel and brake lines in a few days ago from Inline tube and there was a mistake when they made them. There was a mix up on the
rear end housing line its too long where the T for the hose goes. I'll get someone locally to trim and re flare it for me. On the front to back one piece line they put the stone guard on all of it. We had talked about putting it on the rear end line but they put it on the big line. I don't know if its worth shipping it back to them or not. I haven't talked to them about it yet I'll see what they say .

Geesh...

It never ends. Wrong this and that drive us crazy with these cars. Mine has been done for years except the add on's but that's enough. I couldn't handle what you are going through on your build. BTW, did you see/hear a Camaro go by your place a few days last week and the weekend? A white 68 with black stripes ? I was going to stop in but your garage door is never open. Steve said if his truck is there he is there but its not me to just drop in. I will be happy to give you a hand now and then if needed.

He's right if the truck is in the yard I'm usually home. Last couple of weeks were tuff with family stuff. I usually keep the door closed being in the middle of the city. no use advertising what going on inside. I'm usually around after Ten stop by if you want.

This weekend should be nice so I will be out in the Camaro. If you hear a fairly loud car about 10am or so Saturday its me. How do you like your Dunkin coffee ?

Wayne...

It was nice to see your car in person today! The pictures here on the forum don't really show the quality of work that has been done. Its going to be a show stopper when done no doubt. As I said, you have my number if you need a hand. It was nice throwing the bull about the old days and future plans on your 69.
