Default Help please

Hi all. I have a gen5 camaro console in my 69 nova, and want to utilize the gauges, USB and power in the console. Its got the gauges and harness that plug into the factory camaro harness. Thanks for any advice/help!

well thats relatively simple to do , all you need is to either get a manual that shows the wire harness or go to a local dealership and butter up someone in the parts dept. they should be able to give you a schematic of the harness . once you have a break down of the wire its as simple as putting each wire in the right spot

USB and power outlet probably isn't the big challenge, I'd thing it would be getting sending units or ECM outputs that provide the right voltage for the gauges to read properly would be the issue. Sorry I'm no help, just trying to focus the conversation.

Looks like its on a serial data line communicating with the IPC and ECM. So the short answer is no, they will not work.

You may want to start chatting with the custom gauge folks like classic instruments. Maybe they can put regular gauge guts using the factory gauge faces and pointers?
