Default blinkers

Problem:

When the head lights are on and I use either left or right blinker the opposite side blinks very slightly and in the interior high beam light blinks the heater light blinks at the same time. even when you apply the brakes you still see a faint blink.

the blinkers work fine when the lights are not on

I would like to add that the front end is on but we have not connected the electrical connection for the front.

I have replaced
light switch
emergency flasher
floor dimmer switch

check ALL grounds associated with the headlight and blinker circuits , switches,relays etc

we are thinking this happening because the headlights are connected to the att. and when the car is not running all the light surge due to lack of power
