Good call, but the guy who built it wasn't Central American, or Asian, but from Spain. "Sheepo", has a great future in complicated miniatures. The language in the background had some words that sounded Japanese at one point. The guy in the Video at the end I figured could have been anyone since there were so many items being shown.

I knew Lego was Danish, I had a decent set growing up. Great fun until you notice cars are girls.
This looked exactly like many of the things I saw for kids when I was over in Japan. Unbelievable in their ingenuity, just look at the engineering and technology on the Mitsubishi EVO, Friggen crazy complicated drivetrain. It would be really cool to have one on a 1st gen Camaro though.
"LEGO Technic Bugatti Veyron has working seven-speed transmission
Spanish LEGO builder Sheepo has built a Bugatti Veyron from Technic that not only sports the beautiful lines of the original but also incorporates a fully functional seven-speed gearbox, retracting spoiler, independent suspension, and more features of the world’s most expensive car."
Take care,
