Default Lingenfelter PE’s 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS on Forgeline OE2 Wheels

Shocking. This 1972 Chevrolet El Camino that debuted at the 2021 PRI Show looks like any other pro-touring restomod - until you peek under the hood to discover Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and Chevrolet teamed up to use it as the first independent third party test installation of the new Chevrolet Performance Electric Connect and Cruise eCrate System. So instead of a traditional gasoline-powered internal combustion engine, it’s powered by a 200HP electric motor mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and rides on 285/35ZR19 Continental Tire Extreme Contact tires and 10-inch Forgeline forged three piece OE2 wheels finished with Gunmetal centers & Polished outers! WOW... I like the electric conversions and the alternative option it offers. There's no way it'll replace the fuel burning hot rod muscle car, just another option.
