Pulled the car out of the corner of the shop 2 weeks ago. Been mostly planning door panels and plumbing and figuring out all that little stuff that needs to be done.
Ordered a set of sport mirrors off Ebay. Figured my parts list for the AC lines and intercooler lines.
So ....no pics of anything on my car.. but how about a pic of my friends tpye 65 coupe I was working on.

Yeah, those are great looking cars. I'd much rather have one than a Cobra replica. I've never been a convertible or roadster person though.

Glad you're making progress on your Torino, too.

Got the stock manual window cranks converted to power. Cut the stock manual crank gear and clutch off the mechanism, Then fabbed some brackets to mount the motors. On the rear 1/4 windows I had to re index the arm to drop the motor for glass clearance. On the doors I just needed to cut some of the door frame for motor clearance. Gave all the parts a glass beading to clean them up and fixed the cracks in the tracks. Put a little rattle can rebuild on the pieces. Need to order some track guides and they are ready to go. Will pack them up for assembly day for now.
