Default What the best choice on these cams for autocross LS1/6spd 70 Camaro

New high lift ws6stores ASA cam 227/236 .600" .600 110
Howard's 222/232 .561 .587 112
This is for a ls1 with ported 243 heads milled for higher compression.
6spd trans
3:73 or 4:10 posi
In a 1970 Camaro weekend toy only.

That's a very vanilla question that is not easily answered.
Your heads may be ported, but at what lift do they flow the best? The two cams are very similar, but GENERALLY the wider separation will yield more cylinder pressure and torque. If you know what gear and mph you will be running the most, you can figure where you want your powerband to be at. I probably didn't help, but these, and more are very important factors.
