Just wondering if you got the high-effort steering straightened out?

I have since changed the "valve" in the pump to one with a larger orifice. Have not had a chance to try it as the truck is sleeping for the winter.

Default Picky picky picky

Have dealt with a Chrome shop for years. Had them rechromed my bumpers. Installed them but just couldn't live with the waves. Talked with the shop and decided a course of action. I took back and while I waited they removed the chrome. I then took them home and spent a week blocking the nickel and copper. 80 grit up to 400. Much straighter. Their now back with the shop to get copper, nickel and then chromed

Very slick and smooth. Do you like them now?

I acknowledge to myself that I am pretty picky. For me it was worth the extra effort to make them this nice.
