Default Thanks Travis/Formula 43

I went for a ride with Joe and Paul Van Nus today to drop off some parts they finished up for Mark Stielow's 1967 Camaro. Upon arriving at Sled Alley to drop off Mark's parts we were introduced to Travis Johnson from Formula 43. Travis offered to give us a shop tour if we had time to stop by the Formula 43 shop.

By the time we were able to call Travis to take him up on his offer he had already left the Formula 43 shop. He offered to drive back to the shop and give us a tour at 4:30 on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Travis gave us the full shop tour and even threw in some free t-shirts.

Formula 43 was one of the wheel brands I was considering for my new project car. After the amount of time Travis took with us today my next set of wheel will definitely be coming from Formula 43.

Just wanted to say thanks.

Thank you for the kind post. As I'm sure you saw for yourself and hanging out with Travis at the shop, Formula 43 takes building wheels very seriously.

When I came on board in March of this year and saw the machining of the centers and also the spinning of the rim shells (which I've never seen in person or on video) I was truly amazed. The machining detail on the centers is stunning.

Anyone is welcome to stop by our facility in Livonia for a tour. Just send me a PM, email: [email protected] or call 734-432-0260!
