Default Ultimate Headers Flange issue?

I just got a set of these with my Roadstershop chassis. They are Ultimate Headers for an LS. This looks wrong, but I'm not sure since. Is this something that will close up with a gasket and bolted to the heads?

Thanks,

Just got an email back from UH too, no worries on this. The SS has memory and it moves a bit. They will pull into place just fine.

I have had one that wouldn't. they took care of it no issues. Just make sure each flange sits flat to the head when tightened.
