Are the heims poly or hard rubber the 4link look great were are the instant center and how high off the ground.

WOW!! Pullin one from a year ago!! the car has been in the body shop up until about 5 weeks ago. I am changing the ends to johnny joints to help eliminate binding. I have been waiting for DSE to sell the swivel links stand alone, but not yet. It has been freezin cold here, to the point that the heater in my garage isn't effective. So it needs to get warmer so I can make progress.
