I'm nursing a tight IT band right now (foam rolling an IT band looks like this -->

), but hopefully I will come off this rest time ready to have another breakthrough myself.

As far as the mental side of things, I appreciate all of your commentary...it's reinforcing everything I am learning in my own 'quest'.
