I had mine painted eggshell black on Malitude and loved the look. Plan on doing the same with the current 70 Chevelle. Depends on the colors in the engine compartment; if everything is black already I might opt for leaving it aluminum.

I’m so torn and I know Mario is beyond busy. So I would hate to ask him to paint it. If you saw his shop and the amount of quality work he puts out, it’s just incredible.

Mario is one of the best guys I've met. It's going to look great regardless.

So true and as Covid is ending I am certain I will drive by his shop just to say hi and of course pick on him a little bit. Because without a doubt he will bust my balls.

I never thought about that and I will remember this for the next garage.

Default AFV, Truck Wires & the other side ( 11-29-21

Good news I was able to get the MSD LS Truck Wires

Yesterday 11-28-21 didn't end well as my dog ran into the slider, has a concussion and I had to stay up all night with him. The
good thing is our Ring Camera caught it and we submitted it to America's Funniest Video and they accepted it.

**** Post AFV airing I will add the video ****

So back to the drivers side and I will just do pictures as you all know what it looks like.

I also noticed that core support was hitting the support bracket

Fixed

Default Battery Terminal Options ( 12-01-21 )

I currently have the DSE terminal and I love how they look however is there something better is what my brain
keeps saying. So I jumped on some car audio websites and found some cool options.

I really like these as they allow you to connect ring terminals.

Option 1

Option 2

Default My Christmas Present to myself from my wife ( 12-01-21 )

So way back in February of 2021 I saw this 3D printed honeycomb grille on Taylor's 2nd Gen. I messaged him on Facebook and asked
him where and how do I get one. He told me he 3D printed it and he would be selling them. I was lucky enough to get in line to get one
and the quality is excellent and I can not wait to install it on the car.

Here is the grille that was shipped to me the first week of December. To say I am excited is an understatement.

Default MSD Truck Wires & DEI Spark Plug Boots ( 12-05-21 )

It was late and I was tired and just got home from work with my MSD Plug Wires so I decided to put them on before I went in the house.

As you can see the wires are no longer stretched.

Apparently Remy new I was home so my wife let him out so he could come visit me in the garage.

Oil Pump Block off.

After looking at the wiring on the tank I decided it needed one more "Weld Stud"

Apparently all the planning I did when I installed the tank makes it very easy to service and remove.

Nap time for Remy

New Weld Stud installed and I will clean up all of the excess before the Tank goes to Remes Autobody for paint.

Default Holley EFI Tank off to paint at Remes Autobody ( 12-08-21 )

I figured while the tank was out I might as well clean up the epoxy around the wed stud mounts.

It feels so nice talking off all of the tape.

Yes, I am going print this picture so I don't have to try to remember the sock direction in the tank.

No More Tape !!

I think I put this stud in the correct location.

Only time will tell.

Off to Remes Autobody to get the tank painted.
