Yeah? I could see maybe $1 or 2k more at the most. Or was the body shop doing a complete color change? Like engine bay, jambs, etc.

Something really wrong with that price quote. Double the price for a different color?! Ive painted enough to know that just isnt right unless your going to some sort of multi pear, chromalusion, metal flake or somethign crazy.

The paint looks good from afar but has a bunch of chips and spider webs. I need to inquire more about what he is and isnt going to paint. I think I am going to keep it red and do some sort of striping. Maybe just the bumblebee stripe in black across the nose. What is it called with the hockey stripe accross the side? Does anyone make a billet grill for the 67's? Decisions decisions?? Thanks for all the comments guys. Looking to replace the front original seats as well. Any suggestions?

I think the Hockey Stick is '69 only (???)

IMHO a white stripe would look better than black. It makes the car brighter and stands out more. Park a red/white car next to a red/black car and you'll see what I mean!
