Default FRONT , What's the widest 18" on a stock sub

1968 Camaro, tubular upper & lowers & Coilovers, I've got 245-45-18 on it now. What have you guys found to be the biggest (widest) tire you can fit on a stock subframe and what are some of the tips, tricks and modifications to get them to fit? For example, I've seen where you replace some of the inner fender bolts with button heads, what else?

Frame notching.. search here ant PT.com... 10 inch front wheel is the widest i believe.. 275 X 35 X 18
Tubular is not enough.. speed tech make control arms for this purpose. Look for High clearance control arms..
fiberglass or carbon if you are rich.. inner fender liners that you can trim ..

The Ridetech Tru-Turn kit is "supposed" to get you to a 10" width without cutting into the frame.

When mine (72 Nova with F-body camaro frame) is done, I will update...
