Thanks Guys We're picking away. Lost power to 1/2 my house today, had to call the power company. we lost 1 leg of the 220 connection to the pole. This is the second time it happened. Real windy last night.
I'm getting ready to order some more hose and fittings. so we can button up all the plumbing..
I sold my 454 SBC today, it's going in a 71 Chevelle. Now the Camaro T56 Viper kit will be next to go.
Im going to be getting some more hose and fittings so I can do my intercooler and Hydoboost/Power steering lines. I got a Finch vent tank and the hoses will be in for that to be installed too.
Hopefully some progress to report soon, working on a honeydo list right now.
I went on the computer and ordered some parts today.
I ordered a B&M Stealth Pro Ratchet® 4 Speed Automatic Shifter, #81120 in Black pistol grip.
I was going to try to use the Factory 5th gen Camaro shifter and console then I saw a 5th gen with a different B&M shifter and manual shift boot in the console and decided to go this way. it looked nice. I got the extra shift knob with the Lineloc button for it.
I also got a set of Truck Lites LED headlight bulbs for it.
I ordered some Joe Gibbs BR30 breakin oil for start up.
Hopefully I can make some progress now.
I used a new site my buddy told me about to ge the shifter and piece for the handle Autoanything.com The cheapest I could find the shifter was $335 and the handle piece for $76. When I went on the AutoAnything site I ended getting it for $290 and $62 for both parts no tax and free shipping.
I've been in the garage getting ready to get back at it. I had ordered some parts for the motor. I did a cam swap , I got a Brian Tooley cam kit. I used the stage III PD cam with his double springs with titanium retainers and push rods. We put it in this week. I also picked up a CHE trunnion upgrade kit and ARP rocker bolts that we will install.
I also picked up a Fuelab filter on the recommendation from Injector Dynamics.
