Shamed to say I haven't been on Lat-G in a hot min and missed this. It's another of a long list of reasons I love this site. So many good people here sharing in more than just cars. I've gained a lot of amazing friends thanks to Lat-G, learned a lot and had a ton of fun. Like many of us, Jody has made sacrifices that sadly have included his hot rods. Life sucks, but he did it. One thing he refused to do was allow adds to infect our threads. Something that would have provided a nice return from the site and easily could have paid for his build. I for one appreciate that he didn't go that route!!

Tossing $100 into the pot really is hitting the EASY BUTTON. I hope the rest of you will kick in. Don't be CHEAP! Boycott your Starbucks and Monster Energy drink habit for a week and you'll be ahead of the game.

You know, you're right. Turning on Google ads would fund the car, but I hate them and always said I'd never put them on the site. I know most places have them nowadays, but not here.

Nothing an ad blocker can’t fix. The other site is infested with ads but I never see them. Adblock Plus.

I want to thank all of you for your support, especially those that donated. This community has had a very positive influence on my life. Should be starting the tear down of the car in a few weeks, then I'll know exactly what I've got myself into...
