Lenie -- Houses - it seems - are like hot rods -- some times you just have to remember that this is supposed to be "FUN"..... when you find yourself in a bad space - just think about it this way -- "I'm not going to let this house kill me like Weld did" LOL

Greg, always good talking with you. I'm enjoying it, you know being your own contractor always adds a little to the game. Expecting to see you once I've completed. By the way, when's your house warming party ???? Build a house, have a party

Yeah, when's the party?

Lenie, house looks great and is moving right a long....a lot faster than my 7 month master bedroom rebuild...

Renting now and on a mission, you know when your remodeling it's usually a 30 year project..
