made some progress..

picked up some PTFE fittings and 10' of -6 hose to plumb these together.
the hydro-booster (AZ#70211 $265.00) can handle both large and small bore master cylinders metric O-ring fittings. i already have a large bore (1.417") MC in the car. its really tooo big for stock brake system.. that problem will work itself out when the bigger disc brakes get put on. power steering pump is (#7137) is off a 2000 chevy 3500HD.. and compatible with the dmax accessory mounting brackets. and march's mid mount PS brackets.. plus it has a bigger tank..

A long way maybe but every bit of progress is a good thing. Keep it going!

I see you park under a tree. I do too, huge tree covers my driveway and the road in front of the house. our cars get bombed nearly everyday. Dumb birds.

got it on the rack to get played with and front tires balanced....
tech come out and says upper BJs are done.. no alignment... gues 6-7 years worth of road and cross country.. and poor grease maintance takes it toll...

go next door... to AZ give them the car.. do you want the 20.00 version or the 10.00 version... 10.00 version pls ( geting tall BJs latter when the upper and lower get replaces with SPC units

Ben as for the list
for the front
SPC upper/lowers ~600lb springs
AFX spindles
JL9 C5 brakes
hydro boost
all front frame bracing

rear still needs
these

plus im doing frame ties behind the springs and right before the rear bumper mounts..
redoing the fuel tank.. 17g just isnt enough even at 20mpg.. (only have about 14gl useable) looking at putting a 25-31g K5 blazer style tank in the back.. IDK maybe your buisness contact fo the fuel tank and come up with something... fill tube will most likely have to be moved

plus 12" disc brakes..

as for bird ****... power line..

I have a 40 gal in my 77 Suburban and boy that's nice. Do you have the measurements for the factory wagon tank? It would be easy enough to remove the rear spare tire well and put a wider tank in there. The G Body wagon tank is pretty tall, I wonder how it compares to the 13 1/8" height of the 40 gal tank. Man if you got 30 mpg with a diesel and a 40 galllon tank you could just about run the power tour on one tank of gas, lol!

A decent custom stainless tank could run upwards of $1200. The ones Speedtech sells have internal baffling, a Corvette pump system for FI cars, and dual pick up tubes so you don't starve for cars in the corners.

The 40g tank will hang lower than the OEM.. Plus you will have to rotate it 90* to fit.. Naturally all 3 the spare tire whole will go bye bye.. The 31 will basicly square the bottom part of the OEM tank to the rear

fuel tank size.. the rear part hangs ~11 below the floor board.. its ~22"x22" the forward part hangs ~14" down from the floor board..
this is the distance from the pinch weld at the very rear of the body.... the 25/31 tanks could be mounted normal F/R fashion the 40g would need to be turned 90*

pressue washed the car.. to get alot of dirt and oil off it.. (rear main leaks) and search out new rust holes... picked up a ram powergrip 11" 1 1/8x26 clutch and PP.. re doing the exhaust with 68610 BBC shorty headers and dual 3" exhaust.. fix fuel tank leak.. replace PS pump.. ungrade the line to PTFE
seams like the easy way to fix this is mini tub..... right rear wheel
