I had to look up 10-7. means out of service.

I was also shocked to find out the term " that's a 10-4 good buddy" doesn't mean what it once used to. what ever you do don't use the term "good buddy".

Didn't you notice I just said -- 10-4 -- there was no "good buddy" tag....
