Default Is a hotchkis 3” drop too much on a 67 Camaro

I plan to run 275/35-18’s and 235/40-18’s on 8 and 9.5 wide wheels. Is the hotchkis TVS 80035 3” front and rear drop too much drop? Should I go with the 1.5” rear, 2” front?

I ran the 2" drop spring on the rear of my last 67. Stance was good. I did roll the fender lip though to insure there wouldn't be any contact just to be safe.

My vote: I went with 1.5" drop Hotchkis rear springs that way I could add a spacer between the spring and the rear end mount to fine tune the stance. If you go 3" that's it no adjustment other than air shocks. Don't get me wrong 3" looks good but you really need to make sure you have your wheel size and tire selection down pat for wheel well clearance.
The fronts I used 2" drop though I'm using a aluminum head BBC so basically same as SBC springs.

^^^ this. I went with 1.5" drop Hotchkis springs, and added 0.5" lowering blocks.

I did 3" on my 68, worked out perfect for me, but like posted above go 1.5" just in case so you have some room to play.
