Thanks Curtis. My brother did stop over to help. I need to drop my fenders off to my friend who painted the car a few years ago.

The car has had 2 paint jobs / restorations

1995 - all parts were removed and painted by previous owner (family member and worked at a body shop) The quarters were not replaced and did start to rust through.

2008/2009 car was mini tubbed and the outer wheel house and quarters were repaired and painted the grey / gold combo it is today.

Since the front has not come apart since 1995 there is some surface rust that needs to be addressed. I have also found some spots in the wiring that was problem waiting to happen. I have been guilty of just adding on "upgrades" without paying attention to the other details.

This next push if frankly WAY over due.

Sounds like it needed to be done to insure years of problem free mile and smiles. Best you get into it now, before it gets out of control. Besides....these cars are never really done.
