Default repairing 69 firbid panel

I'd like to know how to repair this quarter panel. the car is almost rust free except the roof which had a vinyl top and a little rust on the rear quarter panel. here are some pics of the creased panel. but both quarter panels have some damage, passenger side is much better.i'm working on this car piece by piece and am gonna stick to the driver panel till i get it right. I have already stripped 40 years of paint off of it, the black paint is just spray can to protect a little against rust. This panel also seems to have an oil can on it. the panel flexes and pops back into place above the crease.
